1. Your Consent
When you submit a request form on our website and provide your phone number, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages and phone calls from:
- Bayline Surface Group (the lead-matching service)
- The specific Pro(s) we match you with based on your service request
You understand and agree that:
- These communications may be sent using automated technology, including auto-dialers, automated text platforms, and pre-recorded messages
- Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan
- You may receive multiple messages per service request
2. Florida-Specific Compliance (FTSA)
Under the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, your consent to be contacted must specifically identify the seller and the type of communication. By submitting our form, you provide consent specifically to:
- Bayline Surface Group for: appointment scheduling, lead handoff confirmations, account-related messages, and service-related communications
- Your matched Pro(s) for: quote delivery, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and service-related communications
This consent does not extend to:
- Other businesses unrelated to your service request
- Marketing for products or services unrelated to your request
- Resale of your information to unrelated third parties (we do not do this)
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may typically expect:
- 1 confirmation message after submitting your request
- 1-3 messages from your matched Pro arranging quote and service
- Occasional follow-up or status messages
4. Opting Out
4.1 How to Stop Messages
You may revoke your consent and stop receiving messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message
- Emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL] with "STOP SMS" in the subject line
- Calling 850-800-4135 and requesting to be removed
- Replying in any reasonable manner indicating you wish to opt out (per FCC rules effective April 2025, we honor opt-outs delivered in any reasonable form)
4.2 Opt-Out Processing
We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days of receipt, as required by FCC rules. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out (allowed under FCC rules), after which all marketing texts will cease.
4.3 Re-Subscribing

8. Record-Keeping
To document compliance with TCPA and FTSA, we maintain records of:
- The date, time, and method of your consent
- The IP address from which the consent was given
- The form fields you completed
- All messages sent to you and any responses
- Any opt-out requests received
These records are retained for at least four (4) years.
